Gabry Ponte will carry San Marino’s flag to Basel with his track, “Tutta l’Italia,” having triumphed in the San Marino Song Contest finale.
The song gained early exposure last month, featuring prominently as the theme during the Sanremo Festival. Andrea Bonomo lends his vocals to the song and shares songwriting credits.
Ponte’s career includes a successful stint with Eiffel65, known for their global hit “Blue (Da Ba Dee).” He later pursued a solo career as a DJ. His recent chart success in the Netherlands includes four hit singles, two of which were collaborations with Lumix, Austria’s 2022 Eurovision representative.
