1st Norwegian preliminary round with old acquaintances

Norway starts today with the first of three preliminary rounds of Melodi Grand Prix. From each preliminary round, the three artists with the most votes from the public will go to the final on February 4 in Trondheim Spektrum. Among the candidates today we see Kate Gulbrandsen, who was allowed to represent her country in Brussels for 36 years, Jowst tries again after 10th place in Kiev in 2017 and Ulrikke is also present. She won in 2020 with ‘Attention’, but the cancellation of the Eurovision Song Contest meant there was no European adventure.
