Joost Klein is set to appear as the 16th and final act in the second semifinal, as announced by the EBU just now.
Belgium will perform as the 12th entry, and Malta will open the second semifinal. New this year is that the finalists will also perform during the live broadcasts. Previously, they only performed during the dress rehearsals. The three countries are placed among the semifinalists. Ten countries will advance to the final on Saturday, May 11.
